My background

I bring together multiple disciplines: myofascial release specialist, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and specialist in performance nutrition. But what shapes my work most is my own experience. I have lived with a seriously degenerated spine for over 50 years.

That personal journey taught me something essential. The body does not need complex protocols or aggressive interventions. It needs steady, gentle support that allows it to regulate and heal naturally. This understanding became the foundation of the Backhealer method.

I am also the author of Sciatica Secrets and the 90 Day Reset Journal for Pain Free Living, both available on Amazon. These resources distil decades of experience into practical tools anyone can use.

My philosophy

Performance nutrition

As a specialist in performance nutrition, I focus on food choices that support steadier energy and reduce inflammation, helping the body heal from the inside out without complicated rules or restrictions.

Movement and touch work

Combining my training as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, I teach simple movement patterns and gentle touch work that release tension without force. The goal is always softening, not pushing through.

Why I created Self Care Sunday

After years of teaching the Backhealer method and working with people in pain, I noticed something. The practices that worked best were not the most complex ones. They were the simplest, most sustainable routines people could actually maintain week after week.

Self Care Sunday is what I personally return to every week: a ten-minute reset focused on breath, gentle touch, and steadier energy. It is not a performance. It is a practice I do myself, and I am sharing it because it works.
